I qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1984, having completed my training at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge. For over 15 years I have been working as an Infection Control Specialist Nurse in the NHS at Papworth and several other hospitals and graduated with a BSc Infection Control in 2009. I have also worked for Public Health England, advising on outbreak management and infectious diseases.
For almost 4 years I have been running Rubic Solutions Ltd, which has recently rebranded to Influence Consultancy providing specialist Infection Control advice to numerous organisations across the Health economy. I am currently advising the largest Ambulance Trust in the UK, with over 4000 front line staff and 450 ambulances on the road. I am responsible for ensuring all Infection Control processes and equipment are in place to protect both the staff and the population of London.
More recently I have joined Sam in the Mysa Clinic offering Cryotherapy treatments using the Cryosthetics device.
It is my mission to improve standards within the Beauty & Aesthetics industry and am delighted to have received such positive feedback for the Introduction to Infection Control course.
